As a Central Florida Realtor® with Coldwell Banker Realty, I have been helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate the real estate market since 2014. Over the years, I have had the privilege of assisting first-time homebuyers, military and veteran families, relocating clients, new construction buyers, investors, and homeowners throughout the Greater Orlando and Central Florida area.

I have a special passion for working with first-time homebuyers. Purchasing your first home is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming when everything is new. I enjoy educating my clients, explaining each step of the process, answering questions along the way, and making sure they understand their options before making important decisions. My goal is for every buyer to feel informed, prepared, and confident from the beginning of their search through closing day.

For my sellers, I understand that successfully selling a home requires much more than simply putting it on the market. I work closely with my clients to prepare and position their property for sale, evaluate current market conditions and comparable sales, develop a pricing strategy, and create a marketing plan designed to showcase their home to potential buyers. Once an offer is received, I help my sellers evaluate the terms, negotiate on their behalf, and manage the many details of the transaction through inspections, appraisal, financing, and closing. Throughout the process, communication is a priority so my sellers always know where we stand and what comes next.

New construction is another area of real estate that I truly enjoy. I help buyers navigate the process from selecting the right community and builder to comparing homes, upgrades, incentives, financing options, and contract terms. Having your own Realtor® representing you when purchasing new construction can provide an important additional resource throughout the building and buying process.

I also have extensive experience assisting clients who are relocating to Central Florida. Whether moving across the state or across the country, I can help clients become familiar with the different communities, understand the local market, narrow down the areas that best fit their needs, and coordinate the many details involved in purchasing a home from a distance.

Central Florida has been my home for many years, and I genuinely enjoy helping others discover everything our area has to offer. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, visiting the Disney parks, and spending time with my husband and our three dogs.
